Data Deletion Request
Effective date: August 9, 2025
In accordance with platform policies and applicable laws, AllStac provides a clear process for you to request deletion of your personal data. Deletion requests will remove or anonymize personal information we maintain about you, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, billing records).
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to privacy@allstac.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your AllStac account and any relevant details to help us identify your account (e.g., business name).
- For security, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request from the account email.
We will confirm receipt and complete processing within 30 days, or sooner where required.
Connected Social Accounts
If you connected social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X), we will revoke our access and remove stored configuration data associated with your account. Content that was already published to social platforms is subject to the policies of those platforms and may need to be removed directly within your social account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information (name, email, and related identifiers).
- Business profile information associated with your account, where applicable.
- Service configuration data (e.g., posting schedules, settings, and tokens).
- Logs and analytics tied to your account, subject to security and legal retention requirements.
