Terms of Service
Effective date: February 17, 2026. Last updated: February 17, 2026.
These Terms of Service (Terms) form a binding agreement between you and AllStac (AllStac, we, our, or us). By using our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the Service), you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enabling appropriate access controls for your organization, and all activity under your account.
2. Service Scope and Changes
AllStac provides business operations tooling, including social publishing, analytics, organization management, and billing features. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as needed to maintain security, reliability, or compliance.
3. Subscription Billing and Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions renew on the billing cadence selected at checkout unless canceled. Charges are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees, taxes, and overages where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details. If payment fails, we may retry charges, limit account functionality, or suspend access until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellations, Downgrades, and Termination
You may cancel through the billing portal. Unless otherwise stated in your plan terms, cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform security, or create legal/compliance risk.
5. Customer Content and License
You retain ownership of content and data you submit (Customer Content). You grant AllStac a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to deliver and improve the Service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating law, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, bypassing security controls, interfering with service availability, or attempting unauthorized access to data or systems.
7. Third-Party Services
Some functionality depends on third-party providers such as social platforms, cloud infrastructure, and payment processors. Availability or behavior of third-party services may affect the Service, and such providers are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
AllStac and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, excluding Customer Content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AllStac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to amounts paid by you to AllStac for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllStac from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Customer Content, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the state law specified in your order form or enterprise agreement. If no governing law is specified, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Tennessee, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our service and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
